Alan M. Celej brings a uniquely client-centered approach to estate planning and probate law, grounded in a diverse legal and academic background that spans two countries. Originally from Toronto, Ontario, Alan graduated with high distinction from the University of Guelph, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science in Justice Studies (Honors Program). He also holds a Diploma in Community and Justice Services from the Humber Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning.

After relocating to Southwest Florida, Alan earned his Juris Doctorate from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples. While at Ave Maria, he distinguished himself as a Senior Editor of the Law Review, a Dean’s Scholarship Recipient, and was recognized with the school’s Pro Bono Service Award for his dedication to community service.

Alan began his legal career at a well-regarded Naples law firm, where he developed a strong foundation in estate planning, trust administration, probate, and real estate law. Inspired by the opportunity to serve families during some of life’s most important transitions, he went on to establish Celej Law PLLC, a practice dedicated to delivering clear, compassionate, and cost-effective legal solutions throughout Naples, Fort Myers, Marco Island, Punta Gorda, and surrounding communities.
